Very professional, yet friendly and very enjoyable. New and up to date venue and comfortable which made it easier to learn. I knew the basics but there were a lot of little extra steps. I would highly recommend course to other people as there's more to learn that it seems.  The chocolate eclairs were excellent - Nhi
