In my role as Account Manager for Alphawest I occasionally have a requirement to provide clients with training as a part of a proposed solution or upgrade. Alphawest do not have Trainers or training facilities in Adelaide so we used to advise customers to attend sessions being held in either Sydney or Melbourne.

On one occasion I had a customer that was not willing to send their entire Network Team interstate for training and I began to ask my clients if they could recommend a Training organisation in Adelaide that may be able to assist with a tailored course at short notice that would fit within my clients budget.
