I first agreed to use Express Training Connections (“ETC”) this year as they provided a more competitive price for the client services we require. We work in a very competitive industry and price is not the only consideration but if they had not been able to provide at least the same quality of service as our previous supplier we would not have used them again.
As it was I was more than pleasantly surprised. They easily excelled!
The staff were extremely friendly, and more importantly professional and competent. The rooms were clean, well air conditioned and the breakout rooms had fresh fruit, newspapers, and a quality coffee. This may seem minor but to a training deliverer it is critical. What it does is set the atmosphere and creates the first impression to the delegates for the entire course. Delegates are relaxed and comfortable and are able to concentrate on what the instructor is saying and their concentration dramatically improves
The equipment was set up to our requirements and we had no technical issues. I therefore had no hesitation in using them again.
My manager expressed reservations that ETC would be able to maintain this quality but even he has been pleasantly surprised.
ETC has managed to maintain this level of service for every course we have run over the last six months. I have not had a single technical issue or a single complaint from delegates. They have been flexible with our changing requirements and continue to provide professional and friendly service well above what is provided by their competitors.
We have a preferred training venue supplier we use throughout Australia and as ETC do not yet have venues outside of Adelaide we continue to use their services but ETC is definitely our preferred supplier in Adelaide.
Overall feedback from delegates that attend our courses is higher when we use ETC in Adelaide and the feedback on the facilities as a whole is impressive.
The professionalism, quality, and value that ETC continually maintains mean that if they were to branch out in to other cities we would move our services to them without hesitation.
